What a lucky Mr Buckley

Nothing quite like a standardbred! I have a Friesian Warmblood, his mum was a very well performed standardbred and is still going strong and competing at the odd outing. (Dressage this weekend)
Your site is lots of fun - keep it up. Julie www.nannygoatjunction.net Do you find this valuable? |

Her name is Maya Rani. How much do you want to know about her? She competed for ten years with the Sbred society and won sooo much both ridden and in halter. Her crowing glory was going supreme over Grand Illusion (In those days unheard of). There were several times when she went both champion halter and ridden at the Royal. It is common knowledge with the F/W people that Aristotle is out of a sbred. We are, therefore, social outcasts in that society - no matter what they say in stockyards! (But we are off to the royal on Tuesday) Rani is semi-retired at 22 (not her choice) but she is competing with a 'new' rider at the ARCA Dresasage Challenge on Sun at Brigadoon. I rode her in the arca challenge two years ago in Gidge after my horse went lame. She had not been ridden for six months and we got 2nd out of 26+entries in the w/trot dressage, 2nd in the 60cm jumping and 2nd in the handy horse 30+ entries!!! She is an absolute legend. glad you liked the goats....
